wiley wears:
top: old navy
skirt: vintage/thrifted
belt: anthropologie
heels: banana republic
isn't this skirt a beauty? it was exactly what i was searching for when jeb and i embarked on a shopping trip on saturday afternoon. luckily sunday was laundry day so i took advantage of having a warm day to break out my pasty white legs and this awesome a-line skirt. new england is the perfect place to find l.l.bean from the 60s and 70s. i'd have to say it's one of the brands i come across most in vintage and thrift stores i frequent. i thought the khaki green color would be perfect for the spring and pairing it with a wilder top really worked. i wore the red beaded belt again to bring out some more color in my very safari looking color scheme. love this outfit.
while i'm on the topic of loving outfits. i blogged a few days ago about a contest i was entering on makeunder my life. well, folks, the voting began today. i would love if you could click the banner below, head to jess's blog and comment with "brooke w. from wily wiley." it would mean a lot!
thanks loves!
I love your outfit. The red accents are wonderful You look great and I can see how happy it makes you. Nice to see your hair down for a change.
