annie hall is one of my top five favorite movies. (so is high fidelity, if you get the top five reference.) i love everything about it; the cynical discussion on relationships, a neurotic woody allen at his best, and most of all, annie's stylish menswear. diane keaton defined a new style in this film and i will forever be in awe of her daring menswear ensembles. two years ago i went as annie hall to a halloween party and decided that if someone didn't know who i was, then they just weren't worth knowing.
i am inspired to grab some trousers, a vest and my favorite pair of brogues and throw together my own modern day annie outfit!
